divorce and kids help?
I'm recently divorced and my ex keeps bad mouthing the guy I'm seeing to my kids. I have not introduced my kids to this man but my ex walked in on us. Nothing happened with him until I was already out of my house. I have told my ex he is emotionally damaging our children, but he insists on making sure they know that this guy is bad. He truly thinks I left him for this other man, but I didn't. Help! Has anyone been put in this situation???
You will never be able to control what he says, he is angry and hurt and doesn't want your new bed buddy to take his place. He walked in on you, wow that was a stab in his heart you were his girl his wife and some other guy is boinking you. Do you blame him for trying to make it a living hell for your new beau? Your kids are your connection, and he has no control over you but he does have their ears, and attention and your not going to win, because you have someone, so your kids will feel sorry for dad, and resist the new guy and it sucks but that is the cards. Who cares what he thinks, your divorced, he will always feel like you left him because of this or that, the thing is make sure the kids know that you love them and things between their father and you are different from the love you have for them.
